Welcome to Giftze. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Giftze mobile application and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using Giftze, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Platform
Giftze is designed to make gifting easy, personal, and secure. You may use our platform to create wishlists, send or receive gifts, and communicate with vendors and support.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Giftze.
- You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any of the services.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and updated information.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Wishlists and Gift Transactions
Giftze enables users to create wishlists, suggest gifts, and send/receive items.
- Wishlists can be set as private or shared.
- Gifts can be selected from curated collections or a user’s wishlist.
- Gift transactions are binding once processed; cancellations and refunds are subject to our refund policy.
4. Vendor Marketplace
We selectively onboard vendors who meet our quality and delivery standards.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring product descriptions, pricing, and delivery commitments are accurate.
- Giftze reserves the right to remove or suspend vendors who do not meet performance expectations.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us.
- Giftze complies with UAE Data Protection Law.
- We do not sell or share your personal information.

6. Delivery & Refunds
- Same-day delivery is available in Dubai on eligible items.
- Refunds are available for faulty or canceled orders under specific conditions.
- Users must initiate refund requests through the in-app support within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Prohibited Activities
By using Giftze, you agree not to:
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others.
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
Giftze is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not responsible for third-party vendors or delivery delays beyond our control.
- In no case shall Giftze be liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of the platform.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted on the app or website with an updated effective date.
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
